5:30 Load In - Canvas dropcloths easels paint buckets brushes staff artists and djs

6pm Set up - Stage setting sound check etc.

7pm Introduction- of the artbattles today's theme (Theme = American Icons) materials only Tempera paint! Brooklyn Museum's rules. Andy Warhol said in 1968 that "In the future, everyone will be world-famous for 15 minutes. check the link for more info on Andy Warhol and the show at Brooklyn Museum- http://www.nytimes.com/2010/06/18/arts/design/18warhol.html. Time length three 15 minute sets spaced by 5 minute breaks. The winner will get their own solo for the final 15 minutes on the main stage.



7:15 Introduce the artists as they come out of the crowd/ behind the stage all over.

7:20 When the music starts the battle begins

7:35 Break for a song chosen by Boogie brothers 5 minutes

7:40 Artists back at it

7:55 Artists break for a 5 minute song

8:00 Artists back at it

8:15 Battle is over

8:20 Winning artist is unveiled for their 15 minutes of fame Solo Live art show in front of the whole crowd.
